Paws & Bubbles Mobile Dog Grooming

At Paws & Bubbles, your petโ€™s comfort and safety are our top priority. Because our grooming services are performed on live animals and involve professional time and care, all sales and bookings are final once the service has been rendered.

๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds will only be considered in cases where a booking was paid for in advance and cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to have your pet available at the time of arrival, will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Once grooming has begun, no refunds or partial refunds can be issued. This includes situations where a groom cannot be completed due to behavioural issues, matting, or health concerns beyond our control.
  • If the groomer determines that proceeding could cause harm or distress to your pet, the session may be stopped for safety reasons. In such cases, a partial service fee will still apply.

๐Ÿงผ Hygiene & Safety Policy

  • All equipment, grooming tools, and surfaces are cleaned and sanitised between each appointment to meet professional hygiene standards.
  • Pets showing signs of contagious conditions (such as ticks, fleas, mange, or infections) cannot be groomed until they have been treated and cleared.
  • If such conditions are discovered during grooming, we reserve the right to discontinue the session for the health and safety of other pets and staff.
  • Our shampoos and products are veterinary-approved, hypoallergenic, and biodegradable. However, please inform us of any known allergies or skin sensitivities before your appointment.

๐Ÿถ Customer Responsibility

By booking with Paws & Bubbles, you agree that:

  • Provide a towel per Animal being washed
  • Power point for power
  • Water at client's premises if needed.
  • You understand grooming involves use of tools and products, and while every care is taken, minor nicks or irritation may occasionally occur.
  • You release Paws & Bubbles and its staff from liability in the event of injury, stress, or health reaction not caused by negligence.
