Paws & Bubbles Mobile Dog Grooming

Welcome to Paws & Bubbles — a mobile dog grooming service bringing comfort, care, and cleanliness right to your doorstep.
By booking a service or purchasing any product through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Service Agreement
By booking a grooming session, you confirm that:
- You are the rightful owner or guardian of the pet(s) being groomed.
- Your pet is fit, healthy, and free from contagious conditions (such as fleas, ticks, or mange).
- You understand that grooming involves the use of tools and products, and while every precaution is taken, minor nicks, irritation, or stress-related reactions can occasionally occur.
If your groomer believes your pet’s health, age, or temperament makes it unsafe to continue, the groomer may pause or terminate the session for safety reasons. A partial service fee will still apply in such cases.
2. Bookings, Cancellations & Payments
- Bookings must be confirmed via our online system, WhatsApp, or telephone.
- A 50% deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to qualify for a full refund or reschedule.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a 50% service charge.
- Payment is due on completion of service (unless prepaid).
- Accepted payment methods include EFT, card, or cash.
3. Behaviour & Handling
Our groomers are trained to handle pets with care, patience, and professionalism.
However, if a pet becomes aggressive, overly anxious, or unmanageable, the groomer may decide to end the session early for safety.
In such cases, a partial or handling fee may still be charged.
4. Health & Veterinary Concerns
If your pet has pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., heart issues, arthritis, allergies, skin problems), please inform us before the appointment.
Paws & Bubbles will not be held liable for any injury, illness, or reaction resulting from undisclosed health conditions or unforeseeable incidents during normal grooming procedures.
If a medical emergency occurs while your pet is under our care, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If unreachable, we may seek veterinary assistance at your cost.
5. Mobile Service Area & Access
We currently operate in the West Rand, Roodepoort, and surrounding suburbs.
Please ensure we have safe parking and access to water and electricity where needed.
If the location is unsafe or inaccessible, the appointment may be rescheduled.
6. Hygiene & Sanitation
All grooming tools, tubs, and tables are sanitised between every session.
We use veterinary-approved, hypoallergenic, and eco-friendly products.
Pets with fleas or contagious conditions may be refused service to protect other clients.
7. Refunds & Disputes
All services rendered are final.
Refunds will only be issued as per our Refund & Return Policy and at the discretion of management.
If you have any concerns about your grooming experience, please contact us within 24 hours of the service.
8. Use of Photos & Media
We love showcasing our furry clients!
By booking with Paws & Bubbles, you grant us permission to use before-and-after photos of your pet on our website and social media platforms.
If you’d prefer not to have photos used, please inform us before your session.
9. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure a safe, comfortable experience, Paws & Bubbles and its staff shall not be held liable for:
- Accidents or injuries not caused by negligence
- Allergic reactions or unforeseen medical issues
- Damage or loss due to circumstances beyond our control
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, under the Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008).
