At Paws & Bubbles, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as your freshly groomed pup! This Shipping Policy explains how we handle deliveries for products ordered through our online store.


๐Ÿก Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across South Africa, with our home base in the West Rand, Gauteng.
For grooming appointments, our mobile service operates in the Roodepoort, Krugersdorp, Randpark Ridge, and surrounding suburbs.

If youโ€™re unsure whether we service your area, please contact us before placing your order or booking an appointment.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Youโ€™ll receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is on its way.

Note: Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or sales events (e.g. our Summer Splash Special).


๐Ÿšš Shipping Options & Timeframes

We partner with trusted South African couriers (The Courier Guy, PUDO, Aramex, or Fastway) to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
Typical delivery times:

  • Main Centres: 2โ€“4 business days

  • Outlying Areas: 3โ€“7 business days

Once your parcel has been dispatched, youโ€™ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Standard Delivery: R60 โ€“ R120 (depending on weight & location)

  • Free Delivery: For orders over R800 within South Africa

  • Mobile Grooming Appointments: No shipping fees apply โ€” this is a service rendered at your address.


๐Ÿ• Local Collection / Mobile Deliveries

Customers in our service area may arrange free collection or doorstep delivery during scheduled grooming appointments.
Please coordinate this via WhatsApp or email to ensure your parcel is brought along by our mobile team.


โš ๏ธ Delays & Responsibility

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen delays may occur due to:

  • Courier backlogs or load-shedding disruptions

  • Weather or public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

Paws & Bubbles cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, but weโ€™ll always assist in tracking and resolving any courier issues.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Lost or Damaged Parcels

All parcels are packed with care. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and items.
If your parcel is lost in transit, weโ€™ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund once confirmed.
